To read through your work and give you my impressions and advice, I charge $35 per hour.

 

To do the nitty gritty of line editing, or copy editing, and/or proofreading, I charge $40 per hour, and for content or structural editing, I charge $60 per hour.

 

For very dense editing, indexing, and urgent projects, I might charge more.
